The evolution from studio to strategic partner

Before Heed, we were “The Render Unit”. A bunch of artists making 3D visuals for real estate teams. The work was beautiful, but something was missing. It wasn’t strategic. It wasn’t aligned with sales goals.

So we rethought everything. Today, Heed isn’t just a rendering studio. We’re a visual pre-sale partner. We design visuals, experiences, and brands that help real estate teams sell smarter, earlier, and with more confidence.
